1. QUESTION - How do I make a cleaning appointment?

ANSWER - Simply click the ‘Schedule Your Time’ link on the required service and fill out the form. You can also call (908) 514-8520 to book your cleaning service.

 

2. QUESTION - What's the next step after I book?

ANSWER - You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct. Ensure as well that you supply the address for your service.

 

3. QUESTION - Are you a pet friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

Answer - We love animals as much as you do! Our teams are familiar with the proper treatment of dogs, cats and other pets. We also use non-toxic, eco-friendly products so your pets are safe on any surface we clean. Please make sure to request an eco-friendly cleaning if this applies to you.

 

4. QUESTION - When do I need a Deep Clean?

ANSWER - We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. Once you have had a Deep Clean, ensure that you set up regular Maintenance Cleaning.

 

5. QUESTION - Are there any services you don't offer?

ANSWER - While we offer a wide range of cleaning services for home, auto and business, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. If you believe that your required service may not be available you may call us or send us an email to confirm.

 

6. QUESTION - Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

ANSWER - No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!

 

7. QUESTION - Do you offer a Guarantee?

ANSWER - We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.

 

8. QUESTION - Is Foamagic America insured?

ANSWER - Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at info@foamagicamerica.com and we'll send you our current documentation.

 

9. QUESTION - How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

ANSWER - There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2 hours. For other services, you will see the corresponding estimated times upon scheduling your appointment.

 

10. QUESTION - When will I be charged?

ANSWER - When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.

 

11. QUESTION - Do you offer hourly service?

ANSWER -In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly service. We have a minimum of 4 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes, businesses or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. We also have contractual services that are available if you so require.

 

12. QUESTION - I’ve never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?

ANSWER - While we make every effort to keep within our flat-rate pricing; homes and businesses that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.

 

13. QUESTION - What is your cancellation policy?

ANSWER - If you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
